Conduct & Discipline
The school describes discipline as formative rather than repressive, with the aim of building self-control, responsibility and orderly conduct.
These points set out the school’s expectations for student conduct, safety, uniform, movement and responsibility.
Use English as the common language in school.
Follow classroom, recess and movement routines quietly and punctually.
Do not leave the campus without written parental request and Principal approval.
Present a medical certificate when exemption from physical activity is required.
Maintain the prescribed uniform, grooming and standards of personal neatness.
Show respect to staff and courtesy toward fellow students.
Protect school property and personal belongings; maintain a safe, orderly environment.
Do not bring sharp-edged instruments or objectionable personal items to school; the school rules permit confiscation of prohibited electronic or personal items.
Students should avoid valuables and jewellery, and should not lend or borrow money or buy, sell or exchange articles among themselves.
Collections, private gatherings, outings and similar group activities connected with school life require prior permission from the Principal.
Students are not permitted to drive motor vehicles to school and should follow the school’s authorised pickup and safe-departure rules.
Students are advised not to buy from street vendors and are expected to maintain courteous, refined conduct in and outside school.
Safety, respect and responsible participation.
The school’s conduct rules connect discipline with responsibility, orderly routines, personal neatness and respect for the school community.
